We incorporated regular lunchtime art sessions at Speedy’s Treehouse. Each month has carefully and thoughtfully planned out mini art lessons that correspond with the theme of said month. It is through Speedy’s Treehouse that the MHS PTA hopes to instill the love of art in children, give them an alternative option of playground experience and to broaden their minds while learning about new experiences. It is through art that children will increase their vocabulary, hone their critical thinking skills, learn empathy through cultural arts and amaze us with their inventiveness.
