This month we will be celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Month as we have no Fridays in June and that means May is our last month of school.  Last week our students saw a couple of video clips that included a diverse group of young ones celebrating the things that their grandparents had shared with them.  We found a song that was performed by Playing for Change, a Hawaiian song sung in English also about Ohana--family!  This week's assembly will highlight Ramadan.
